Cuckoo for fotolog!

There are so many sexy people on Fotolog, bein' all sexy in their fotos . . . and now I'm one of them! It's easier for me to post pics there than to the pics page linked below, so check it out for pics -- mostly of me, of course!

Saw Kraftwerk this weekend. Wow. The show started w/ oldies like Autobahn, The Model, and Neon lights, w/ modest background graphics behind the quartet sporting matching black suits. Newer tracks brought fancier graphics and costume changes included an apperance by the robots and Tron-esque suits. Wow.

I don't usually like Mondays, but I want today to go as slow as possible, b/c tomorrow I start writing the Patent Agent exams. I've been studying on and off for the past few months, and by Friday it'll all be over w/. Exciting, or what!?

A good, long Easter weekend.

Saw Charlie and the Chocolate Factory on tv: man, I LOVE the scene where Wonka lays into Charlie for breaching the contract! Also realized this movie is the source for the "We are the music makers, we are the dreamers of dreams" quote from that old Aphex track.

Most of the other stuff on cable was all celebrity worship crap. Pretty depressing stuff both from the point that there's people out there w/ way too much money for their own good, and that there's so many shows dedicated to spotlighting it for Jane and Joe Average.

My bro came up for the weekend. It was snowy, so there wasn't a lot to do. We saw lots of movies: The Ladykillers was pretty funny and silly; Goodbye Lenin was great; and Matchstick Men wasn't as straightforward as I'd imagined. Took in Saturday's hockey game, too.
